Valentine Breitbarth, MPH, CPC

With over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit, government, and education sectors—and 8 years building a life outside of my passport country—I help globally-mobile, service focused individuals to thrive where you land so you can live well and lead well.

I also support service-focused organizations to intentionally build the organizational culture you need to allow your team to do great work with less burnout.  

Trained at looking at systems, I work with both individuals and organizations to develop the systems and habits needed for success, first by looking at the big picture and then exploring the small tweaks that could make the biggest impact toward your goals.

I have a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. I am also a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am working towards PCC level certification from the International Coaching Federation.

Currently living in Incheon, South Korea, but calling Washington, DC home, I enjoy the privilege of working with people around the world, either in-person or over Zoom.
